1. They only pick up my neighborhood recycling once a month or once in two months and manage to toss half of it in the street while doing it.This app is a must for anyone in the City to keep up with scheduled trash, recycle, heavy/ junk, and yard waste days and Holidays.

2. The app knows exactly what my schedule is, but I receive notifications for the entire service area daily that say things like "If you are on schedule B, ...". Notably, though the app tells me my schedule, it does not tell me the NAME of my schedule, so I have to guess if they apply to me.

1. Fix HTX Trash and Recycling Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HTX Trash and Recycling: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HTX Trash and Recycling App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HTX Trash and Recycling" » Open HTX Trash and Recycling » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HTX Trash and Recycling » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HTX Trash and Recycling app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HTX Trash and Recycling servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HTX Trash and Recycling" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HTX Trash and Recycling app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HTX Trash and Recycling might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HTX Trash and Recycling. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HTX Trash and Recycling then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HTX Trash and Recycling not working
