1. Only bad this is my video calls have dropped and there's no way to get back into your appointment if it glitch out.I've been using Horizon Telehealth for almost a year now because my original nurse with Horizon was a snow bird & she spent her winter's in Florida.
2. Even with that, I love this app enough to still give 5*I absolutely love this app! There are however, as with other apps of this kind, sometimes (not often) some glitches, like audio cutting out or disconnections, but these things happen with most apps like this and is often due to your internet/data/wifi connection and not the actual app itself.
3. It has few IT issues, the picture is clear, no delay in sound, and having recently been injured and unable to leave my bed without help, it allows me to continue with my counselor.Decent for the most part.
4. I used to go right to the Horizon site and sign-in to Telehealth but found I actually prefer doing my visits this way! So far I've had very few very minor issues with this app so 5 stars all the way!Absolutely love this App.
5. I am beyond grateful to Horizons and especially the staff.Honestly love the App, it really helps during this time of pandemic and keeping people in touch with there team.
6. With all that said, I love the user-friendliness of this app and the ability to add things before a meeting! I hope this helps anyone considering using this for their needs!Quickly becoming a life saver for me.
7. Horizons has done so much for me and this App has been EXTREMELY helpful, I am so happy that they made this an easy option to connect with my counselor and provider especially throughout the Pandemic.
8. Also it's great for when this pandemic is over bc its easier to actually talk about what I need to talk about instead of being distracted by the chaos of waiting rooms and Medicaid Cabs and stress.
9. This convenient app has allowed me to receive the support and recovery I need in a way that allows me to feel comfortable and safe .
10. Let's me see my appointment's on the calendar, tells me if staff are available and allows me to communicate with staff through messages as well.
11. I NEED to be able to continue treatment, even with being high-risk health-wise, and this app has made that possible.
