Why should I report an Issue with Tweet2Pic?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It's tiresome to search for a specific font which might not even exist.Changed from 5 to 3 stars because of the unnecessary button (i.e. replies, explore twitter) that appears on the captured image of the tweet after a recent app update.

2. Easier to use a full screen screenshotter.It was working fine until recent twitter changes! Now long tweets (with more character limit) are coming as partial image only, full text is not converted to image and a link appears at the bottom.

3. Would it be possible to add an option for that outer part to be transparent? I think that'd work a lot more nicely on certain services.Could we get an option to show more than 2 tweets (original tweet + reply) in the picture.

5. Great at taking images of a single tweet, but I don't see why there is a copy link to tweet button when it's not clickable.

6. I can download and then share the image, but the share button doesn't work.

7. You should be able to send the first tweet link and it gets the entire thread, but it looks like you have to use it for each tweet.

8. You paste the URL and then you can see the text but not the image and almost 90 percentage of tweet shot is empty.

1. Fix Tweet2Pic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tweet2Pic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tweet2Pic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tweet2Pic" » Open Tweet2Pic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tweet2Pic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tweet2Pic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tweet2Pic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tweet2Pic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tweet2Pic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tweet2Pic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tweet2Pic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tweet2Pic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tweet2Pic not working

2. Fix Tweet2Pic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tweet2Pic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tweet2Pic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tweet2Pic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
