1. So it was frustrating when I show up to the theaters ready to watch a movie and have a fun date night only to have the app never process my purchase!I like the app, nice and easy to use here in the windy city.

2. Instead of just allowing you to manually enter a phone number or email to send a ticket, it insists on getting access to your contacts, but also refuses to refresh those unless you fully close the app.

Here are some changes I think would be good to implement: 1) Make that initial picture displaying a main movie should scroll side to side, that way you can look through the top 5 or so movies (coders choice on how to rank em) 2) personally I would prefer if the settings menu was accessible with one tap from the home screen, but two is no issue.

4. The app itself is easy to use and strait forward, but when it comes time to check out I always get an error message saying that my request is taking longer than normal to process and that I would get a confirmation email about it soon.

5. My account recently got hacked, and someone bought tickets with my credit card and then canceled them, resulting in my account getting Atom credit for the transaction.

6. Overall, this app serves my purpose, that is, to see a good movie for less.I continue having problems when ordering tickets.

8. Just wanna suggest to the developers that they add a filtering system where you can add multiple filters to the movie lookup process.

1. Fix Atom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Atom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Atom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Atom" » Open Atom - Movie Tickets & Times » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Atom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Atom - Movie Tickets & Times app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Atom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Atom - Movie Tickets & Times" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Atom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Atom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Atom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Atom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Atom not working

2. Fix Atom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Atom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Atom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Atom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
