It's a really scummy scam to run on people and it has enough capital to package it as something shiny and advanced, but for the average concertgoer there's no reason not to just email tickets to the customer.When there is an update, you must install it before opening the app - even if you're in line to get into a show! If the update won't install, you're headed for the box office.
2. So now I can't use the app to get to my tickets, thank god I had them emailed to me... Yeah, I'm giving this app a bad score until they fix whatever this bug or "security feature" is.Design is OK, but it needs to do one thing well: display tickets reliably! I made sure it was showing my Great American Beer Festival ticket before heading to the event.
3. I'm never going to use this app again, even if it means missing a show I'd like to go to if only I could print tickets or get them by email or whatever.Dissapointing experience with this app.
4. Choosing seats at the venue was a frustrating experience because the app kept freezing up when browsing for tickets.

7. At the entrance, buried beneath a building and with thousands of others, cell reception was poor and the app wouldn't show my ticket, even though it's supposed to work without a connection.
8. It BS that I have to download it in the first place just to use tickets that I paid for (and a huge convenience fee on top of that).
9. What's the point then of that expensive "convenience fee"?I only downloaded this application because it was required to buy tickets for a performance in Nashville.
10. Good customer experience, convenience, or simplicity are not necessary for AXS because if you want to go to a concert that they do the ticketing for, you have no choice but to use it.
11. It should serve to make the concert going experience straight forward and generally pleasant, but instead acts as the biggest obstacle to any event going experience.

I purchased Tickets to an Event. I need to have access to AXS app to gain entrance to the event. The Problem I cannot get the login to work. I can login the AXS web site and it shows my 3 day event tickets are there but you have to use the app to use them. I keep getting ""ops something went wrong. Please try again" I have been trying for 3 days and get the same results. What is wrong with this App? I need to be able to use it to get into the event!! Please fix this
