1. Not sure what the problem is but I'm gunna uninstall it and reinstall it and try again.This is grate for kids and so much fun it had one of my fravotit movis on it this is a grate app you should by!!!!! So stuff did not work like the search bar and they did not have my favorit TV show that is some reasons to get the app and to notWould like it be like old free versions on roco tv it had free children classic free stories from books tale twin cities, la mancha,old classic cartoons, young to enjoy blasts from past .

We managed to see a few frames of the movie but after 3x seeing the ads I shut it off!fun I love the fact you don't have to sign in it takes to much time and the movies teach a lesson the only thing I don't like is the adds other than that the app is fine.I don't like this app I agree with the comment below for me it does not work rate one star on this so they can see and make it better.

I do not recommend at all.Ummmm seriously the ads???I had 12 ads in a row of the same thing!!!No joke!!!Even worse than that was the constant stopping er I mean "Loading" I couldn't even watch the movie I wanted to with out it stopping to load,But seriously calm down with the ads there annoying but All I want to say else is don't get this game unless you love ads and constant stopping in your movie!!!!I was very disappointed.

4. Please return popkids to before.I love this whole Popeyes series and there is many more to choose from their are no adds everything is running smoothly but you do need to work on the playbacksIt was a very good app.

5. The app is dumb and misleading, freezes constantly, and the movies and shows arent even for kids! They're from the 80's, the movies suck, get it if you want but dont blame me when you download this app and find nothing you like.

6. This app only has 20 movies, the search bar doesnt even work.

1. Fix Popcornflix Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Popcornflix Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Popcornflix Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Popcornflix Kids" » Open Popcornflix Kids - Free Family Movies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Popcornflix Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Popcornflix Kids - Free Family Movies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Popcornflix Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Popcornflix Kids - Free Family Movies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Popcornflix Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Popcornflix Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Popcornflix Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Popcornflix Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Popcornflix Kids not working
