Why should I report an Issue with 3D Brain?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Being able to select brain areas by touch and updates with more areas would also be quite nice.This app has just one picture of the brain, labeled only with the most basic divisions, ie frontal lobe.

2. You can only select from a list and I guess that is fine but 3D makes me think of an interactive 3D model which this is notExcept for search(which says it's only for older android), works mostly.

3. 2.) A slider bar to toggle opacity of the whole brain except the system you're focused on.The whole idea is very good but the images are of very very poor resolutions.

6. I don't think you can even see internal structures.When it says 3d it's a bit more old school, using a series of 2d images to make a 3d object instead of having something actively being rendered by your phone.

7. Which makes it impossible to manually select a brain region and see what it is.

8. It is just an interactive set of still pictures, kind of like street view on maps.

9. In addition to the 3D, there's a labelled image view and a text description view.

10. Uses a bunch of images for the 3D view, which is a total ~14 MB download.

1. Fix 3D Brain Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 3D Brain: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3D Brain App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3D Brain" » Open 3D Brain » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3D Brain » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3D Brain app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3D Brain servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3D Brain" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3D Brain app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3D Brain might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3D Brain. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3D Brain then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3D Brain not working

2. Fix 3D Brain Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3D Brain be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3D Brain not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3D Brain may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
