Why should I report an Issue with PicTrick – Cool Photo Effects?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Champignon Labs to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. an option for opacity would be cool, as would the ability to merge photos to add people who couldn't be present.I *was* going to pay for this app, because I assumed that the amount of (nearly) £20 was a "one-off" lifetime payment, but it's actually yet another one of those con YEARLY subscriptions.

Every time I try to select the photo it sends me back to the beginning to start all over again and I've done this Time after Time after Time I have not got to complete one photo please adviseWARNING: As of Mid-May 2023... it has been nearly a year since this app was updated... specifically July 2022.

3. Raising from 2 to 3 and then giving an extra for actually responding.i wish you could free edit the sizes and expand or shrink the picture itself rather than just the effect.

4. I thought I was going to be able to make some amazing new photos and come to find out it's all stuff that can be done for free with a simple editing app.

5. I like that you can edit the background , choose from plenty of filters and add cool designs and sunglasses ,space , flowers etc it's really fun to play around with.

6. Picsart gives you a lot more for free than this app.The app will not finish installing; it gets to about 97%, says installing for like 2 seconds, then stops & the error message pops up.

7. it should include a basic set of photo editing features that could be applied before or after (or both) the effect is placed.

8. I'm bumping the app rating up to 2 stars because the developer appears to be responding to user feedback, even if they aren't routinely maintaining the app.Horrid app.

9. Maybe it's because i didn't sign in with google, but it doesn't seem to touch Google Photos.

10. I wouldn't recommend this app to my worse enemy.It won't let you use the app unless you pay or use the free trial.

11. Uninstalled.I like to lay out and everything and you have so many different filters compared to the average photo app.

1. Fix PicTrick Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PicTrick: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PicTrick App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicTrick" » Open PicTrick – Cool Photo Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicTrick » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicTrick – Cool Photo Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicTrick servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PicTrick – Cool Photo Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PicTrick app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PicTrick might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PicTrick. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PicTrick then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PicTrick not working

2. Fix PicTrick Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PicTrick be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PicTrick not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PicTrick may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
