1. If phone goes inactive chat DCs which given the response time from one of the Techs (Ja) seemed to be a tactic to avoid a low CSAT.
2. 95% of the time it doesn't work and the only thing I see is "good afternoon" on the home screen.
3. Terrible customer service that's only open certain hours, takes at least 10-20m to connect and the staff are very aggressive.If there was a lower rating for this app I would select it.
4. Last time it failed to work so I'm leery about seeing this mandated upgrades.
5. I have tried numerous times to top up my account through this app and get rejected every time, even though I go over my card details again and again.
6. Doesn't work half the time.
7. The only one I could find the other day was a $10 option, to make it worse they took away the option to top up $10 (O.o) Also how are we supposed to top up when the app won't load and open, heckkPoorest designed App out there.
8. This new app also doesn't memorise your card so you have to enter it every time you top up.
9. I lost $60 worth of data because it bought plans I didn't pay for and after all I didn't receive any of the data.
10. An app should make things easier and if it can't then there's no real benefit to continue using One NZ as a provider.The most crashes as soon as it updated to the new name and logo.
11. I have been a vodafone customer for years, but considering moving to another company.I'm so disgusted at what Vodafone has turned into.
