Whenever I try to extract the file it says to add app or watch add.My experience in these app was so very very dissapointed because it not really work at all it doesn't met my satisfaction i thought it was a good but i'm wrong!The app kept closing while I was trying to extract the vocals from "So Far Away" by Street's.OMGGGGG I have been looking for an app the WORKED as well as this one ALL DAY!! This app covers the vocals so well.

1. Fix Vocal Remover Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vocal Remover: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vocal Remover App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vocal Remover" » Open Vocal Remover for Karaoke » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vocal Remover » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vocal Remover for Karaoke app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vocal Remover servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vocal Remover for Karaoke" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vocal Remover app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vocal Remover might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vocal Remover. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vocal Remover then reinstall.
