Voloco Customer Insights

1. This app is amazing, it's pretty much an end all for engineering once you understand the backend and tiny mechanical details.This app has pretty good potential to be the best vocal recorder and layering app, but the problem is you can only use 1 vocal track without having to pay and subscribe to use more tracks.

2. Most frustratingly, when trying to record 4 tracks (with one being a click track since they don't support that natively), the playback tempo slows and audio quality suffers, making it impossible to sing along and record.

3. I also understand that this is how you make money, but can you at least give us a second option like to watch ads or something, so we can have more than one vocal track if we don't want to subscribe.Will never pay for their services again due to importing tracks being a premium feature now.

4. Exporting tracks all at once would be a feature users would likely pay for, as the clunky interface makes exporting multiple tracks a hassle.I've used Voloco multiple times before and it was great! It's "update" wasn't as great unfortunately, it makes my voice go in and out no matter the volume or microphone I use.

5. I'm not one to talk down on apps but this one has to have something said about it, and while Voloco seems like a good app to use, it has its ups and downs and to be warned there are VERY many downs but feel free to use it if they fix this but my voice was really the only problem.Hands down BEST and EASIEST app to create music.

6. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PROGRAM FOR OVER A YEAR, AND I LOOOVE IT TO THE NTH DEGREE!!! However, there is a bug when I import the background music that I'm singing over and recording with headphones on, the background music subtlely mixes in with my separate vocals.

7. I BELEIVE IN YOU!!!!Clearly not an app for creating songs, but as a free app suite of vocal effects with a few extra bells and whistles it's pretty great.

8. This app is equipped with many assortments of beats, effects, options to purchase & ingage with other music lovers as well and more.

9. Just an overall example of how an app focuses on trying to make money but instead are destroying their once good project into an overpriced mess.Excellent app.easy to use for beginners or pros ect.

11. Can't listen to your tracks in the background nor record with the phone screen off.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Voloco Issues

1. Fix Voloco Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Voloco: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Voloco App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voloco" » Open Voloco: Auto Vocal Tune Studio » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voloco » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Voloco: Auto Vocal Tune Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voloco servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voloco: Auto Vocal Tune Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Voloco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voloco might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Voloco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voloco then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Voloco not working


2. Fix Voloco Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voloco be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voloco not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voloco may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hello I I'm having a problem whereas I recorded a quick project but it gave me a time limit of a couple seconds and I can't seem to get it to go the full length Even when I have recorded and save.
    It is not showing in the quick record only in the project. I really need this be open at a full length With the instrumental. To be specific the instrumental is only playing up to forty something seconds that I have recorded and saved. Every time I opening it up, it's still only can record to a couple of seconds. I need the full lent for this project I am working on so I can finish And I don't know what else to do. Any help would be grateful.

  • Hi, I wanted to try your app and there was an option to do it for free for a period of time. on November 25th I go in and delete my account to make sure I don't have to pay. Nevertheless, DKK 500 has been withdrawn from my account, and it says that I just created an account on the 25th. I'm frustrated and don't have the money, so I really hope we can find a solution. Especially because in the long run I might want to pay for a subscription when I can afford it but this time I was only interested in showing off the app. looking forward to hearing from you. And I hope I haven't ended up in a situation where I pay for something I haven't used.

    I'm contacting you because, following a free trial, I was charged for the subscription to your voloco application but I don't use it, I forgot to uninstall it.
    I've cancelled the subscription but it's still valid for 1 year until November 15, 2024. I'd like a refund of the 69.99 euros and for it not to be valid at all.

  • When you record and you are on beat, the app registers the sound and places it a few milliseconds after it actually happened (so the beat and vocals are not synced). This is really annoying. It might just be me but if it isn’t I would really appreciate it being fixed.

  • It’s not a complaint, whoever created this app is amazing best app ever to make music, my question or complaint, is that, you know what the echo affects with your own voice, not lost astronaut, your real voice just echoing, cathedral does not work, all it is is basically a long reverb I mean echo like one voice to voice call MO3 voice fading away that’s all, and one more thing, can you make it where we can sing with other artist on the app thanks

  • Hello I purchased a 7-Day free trial to which it told me at the time of purchase I would be notified by email and through the app of when the trial was going to be up to which I wasn't notified and the charge was full price (unknowingly) instead of the discount that I was opted to get if I stayed with the subscription the app. I would like to cancel and a refund please.

  • I sound so distorted no matter the key or auto tune been with you guys for a while and I've never really had problems just the last 2 months have been difficult you got to understand that this is my business I'm a paid subscriber always pay on time and I feel like I'm getting burned because I'm having to go search for other apps to try to find the vocals that I had with your app you know how difficult that is to find a sound and then lose it it really sucks it's slow my process down slow my business down and I feel like you guys need to fix this or refund me my money and a timely manner or knock my debt off in the next couple months please return my email as I have sent you several with no reply given this is important to me and I hope that subscribers are important to you you could also contact me at 720-412-9980 I take this serious!
