Why should I report an Issue with SonicMelody: AI Vocal Remover?

I know app makers have to make money, but at least make it 1 ad per credit and not 2, because other than that it works pretty well.I like the app because it lets me view songs that are explicit or have inappropriate content in a instrumental way but what I don't like about it is that you need credits every single time and for the people who don't like wasting money have to continue watching ads which that is a person like me I still like the app and I wish you guys can improve itThis is an amazing app.

2. But it's superbProbably the only vocal remover that actually worked! It's flawless, most vocals are removed unlike other apps, although there are times where the instrumental seems to drop out of quality especially when the voice is loud (in the original), but I think this is normal as sometimes the voice drowns out the music.

3. They only work occasionally which means it can be a pain to earn credits.Great app! It provides choices in the separation of vocals, instruments, bass, guitar.

4. Definitely one my favorite apps! Not only does turn regular songs into instrumentals, it also turns songs on YouTube to instrumentals.

5. The worst part is you have to watch 4 ads to extract one song, that sometimes won't even work so you have to watch 4 MORE ads to get 2 more credits so you can try again.

6. But a slow work, I think the basic features should be improved.It sometimes does not remove the vocals completely.

7. I've been successful in doing a few songs, and the app works great.

8. Now when I watch ads, and select an mp3 file, it either says that it's been uploaded and gives me an option to convert or it uploads for a bit and then quits.

9. If it takes longer than usual to download the song, you just have to clear the app's cache from your phone's settings.

1. Fix SonicMelody Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SonicMelody: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SonicMelody App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SonicMelody" » Open SonicMelody: AI Vocal Remover » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SonicMelody » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SonicMelody: AI Vocal Remover app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SonicMelody servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SonicMelody: AI Vocal Remover" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SonicMelody app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SonicMelody might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SonicMelody. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SonicMelody then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SonicMelody not working

2. Fix SonicMelody Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SonicMelody be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SonicMelody not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SonicMelody may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
