Why should I report an Issue with Just Rain?

1. However I don't plan on uninstalling anytime soon.Love the app! The rain sound like a real rain and the raindrops falling though the phone scereen.... Just mmmm))) The controls are very nice - just tab on the screen to change rain direction, speed and it's sound will also change.

However, there is no ability to play rain sound with the screen turned off as well as there is no timer :( Which mean you can't use it to fall asleep with the rain sound((( Hopefully, the developer will add those functions someday...This app is amazing!!! Its minimalistic design is beautiful and pleasing to the eye.

3. The animation is very nice to look at as you fall asleep and I like how you can change the intensity by tapping on the screen instead of a menu or settings.You'll have a hard time finding an app that is as customizable as this one when it comes to sound.

4. I can't figure out how to listen to it with the screen off because if I try to use it in the back ground or with screen off to save battery it stops the audio.There's a bunch of flaws, making downloading a 4 minute storm sound and putting it in loop better.

5. Other than that small detail, I love the animation and how the background changes color depending on what kind of heaviness the rain has.

6. Another thing, the audio being louder in one ear rather than the other is because it's trying to get the real effect of rain, like if you were undeeneath a gazebo.

7. I do suggest adding a feature where you can still listen to the rain even when on another app or when your phone is turned off (this is just if you haven't already).

8. I would love to see those issue addressed, otherwise it would be 5 stars.I love this so much! It is a very calming game and it comforts me to listen to the rain.

9. Lastly, there should be a lock screen option, it's kind of a bugger when I get notifications and I'd have to drag from the top of my screen stopping the sound.

10. Maybe a neat thing to put on an old phone you have lying around as a kind of desktop screensaver, but not being able to function while the screen is off is a dealbreaker.

1. Fix Just Rain Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Just Rain: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Just Rain App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Just Rain" » Open Just Rain » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Just Rain » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Just Rain app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Just Rain servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Just Rain" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Just Rain app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Just Rain might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Just Rain. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Just Rain then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Just Rain not working

2. Fix Just Rain Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Just Rain be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Just Rain not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Just Rain may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
