1. Edit: Thanks for the response! The the bug and it's working perfectly again so I'm back to loving the moon data & tracking my moods.I think this is the best moon phase tracking app out there! Love that you can keep a comment each day so you can track how the phases and signs affect you! Love the commentary about each phase! Feel so much more connected and in tune with this app! Been having some load issues lately, but other than that, this app is amazing!Perfect app to see how the moon colors your day by the sign it's transiting.

2. It's a shame- it was a great app when it started.Very bad user experience also old design is much better then this one when I press back button it is direct exit the app also when i am in settings screen and press exit it is not redirect on home screen it is exit the application.

3. New to working with moon, this was my next step in 'testing' if I could sense the influence, but I had nothing but papers and questions of "how the heck am I gonna do this?!" Coincidence or not, It's Just A Phase showed up and it does just that.

4. I think I'll just uninstall which is a shame because I really enjoyed the layout and design, it just won't open.The moon phases are so off and don't even follow its natural pattern.

1. Fix It's Just a Phase Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart It's Just a Phase: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the It's Just a Phase App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "It's Just a Phase" » Open It's Just a Phase® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for It's Just a Phase » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear It's Just a Phase® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from It's Just a Phase servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "It's Just a Phase®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check It's Just a Phase app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, It's Just a Phase might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall It's Just a Phase. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall It's Just a Phase then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing It's Just a Phase not working

2. Fix It's Just a Phase Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make It's Just a Phase be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to It's Just a Phase not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, It's Just a Phase may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
