1. Once the delivery was really out of schedule and I tried to call the number given by customer service, it was not existing.!! I had to check with the driver who previously delivered to get the correct number.POOR EXPERIENCE, I had taken their service for three hour's with two staffs.

2. Useless app and not helpful customer service.I have had the worst customer service experience, booked the cleaning service between 2.15 to 2.30 contacted customer service at 2.45 as the cleaning team didn't show up.

3. Terrible service.I tried booking a cleaning job at a later date, the app changed it to the same day at the same time and charged me for it.

4. Very bad delivery service Rude customer service, they closed the chat while complainingEarlier the app was good.

5. Its been 35 mins now & still the customer service rep is not able to resolve it.

6. Don't make my mistake‚ don't use this app! I advice playstore to remove this fradualan app at once.Not punctual (were scheduled at 1:30 pm arrived after 5pm), received many unwanted an unnecessary (asking for 3+ times the same questions) whatsapp calls one after the other knowing that in the UAE, these call are not allowed.

7. After contesting, they didn't refund me yet.They will never arrive at time ,orderd twice , the first time the cleaner arrived too late, the second they didn't even show up.

8. You end up calling them back because they prefer to save on phone calls rather than providing a good service.

9. It happened 3 times in a row where they didn't show up on time and had to talk to the support for it, then wait a few more hours.

1. Fix justclean Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart justclean: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the justclean App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "justclean" » Open justclean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for justclean » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear justclean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from justclean servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "justclean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check justclean app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, justclean might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall justclean. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall justclean then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing justclean not working

2. Fix justclean Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make justclean be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to justclean not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, justclean may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
