Why should I report an Issue with Sold For - Comps Done Right?

1. NOT RECOMMEND!!!Needs to be more consistent.. Right now nothing but an error populates when i click on something listed.. Wont open pictures or even search active listings without error screen... Error in the response issue reported is all it says anymore 😢A really useful app to use when trying to find the value of something you're selling.

2. Sold for cannot control what stuff sells for, I know, but it can clean up it's search engine to deliver more applicable results so I can get a more accurate average.Only works from time to time.

3. But bcuz the search part is so picky it rarely shows you an actual portrayal of what stuff is selling for.

4. Uninstalled.Loading is so bad it offers no improvement to just scanning a barcode with the eBay app and filtering on sold items.

5. Meh, it does it's job...sometimes. if I can actually get sold for to show me the items I am inquiring about it would be a 5 star rating.

6. Search on ebay and 10x more than this app shows for current listings.

7. Used for a year now and like right now, it says my connection is bad and all other apps work just fine.

8. U have to average the prices bcuz sometimes items sell for pricesare all over the map.

9. I mean really nothing, I tried 3 times and the app crashes immediately upon opening it loads for about half a second then crash and closes.

1. Fix Sold For Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sold For: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sold For App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sold For" » Open Sold For - Comps Done Right » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sold For » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sold For - Comps Done Right app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sold For servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sold For - Comps Done Right" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sold For app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sold For might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sold For. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sold For then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sold For not working

2. Fix Sold For Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sold For be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sold For not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sold For may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
