Why should I report an Issue with Loudly - Social Music Platform?

1. Actually has never crashed on me outside of issues due to cell carrier throttling data speed or other cell carrier issues... I have Verizon 🙄 No more explanation needed 🤣 But overall I use it for everything from making actual songs to just little themes for my own (web) commercials .Having the same issue as many other people.

2. Is there a way to put this in the app? And also more free music samples that I can use and download on it! Otherwise it's an amazing product and easy to use👌Everything is amazing.and a great platform for music hungry people, but theres only one problem.

3. All the songs on my page are visible and are able to be listened to but it would be nice if my page displayed the correct amount of songs on my page.Overall pretty good .

4. i had an issue with the app sending bad links when i tried to share my music.

5. :-( I uninstalled and reinstalled.. really hope that fixes the problem.It's a great app, did some nice songs on it.

6. For instance I'm unable to respond (as a creator) to other ppls comments to my music.

7. So minus that is Very good!I play around with Music Maker Jam and all my music is uploaded here automatically once I post it to the MMJ app.

9. After that I cannot tap out otherwise the song stops playing Problems when playing a song is not good look for holding in users.

10. My only complaint is my page shows an incorrect 'upload' amount stating I have only 5 songs when its a little over 20.

11. I always use wifi when uploading or listening but I've also tried just using mobile data to see if it would work better and it does the same thing.

1. Fix Loudly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Loudly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Loudly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loudly" » Open Loudly - Social Music Platform » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loudly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Loudly - Social Music Platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loudly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loudly - Social Music Platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Loudly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loudly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Loudly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loudly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loudly not working

2. Fix Loudly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loudly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Loudly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Loudly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
