1. I would recommend dropping the panic button countdown time to 10 seconds - that's should be more than plenty time to cancel if need be Where do you get your number plate info from? I put in a positively wanted vehicle plate but it came up as 'no result'Waste of time cannot even sign up.

2. I would love suggest you decrease the 20 sec (waiting time before the app sends the alert) to something short, atleast 5sec and see if you can't make a way for app to use data bundles as well in case the user doesn't have airtime or sms bundles.Brilliant initiative and app.

3. Hugely disappointed.Was working great, but all of a sudden cannot see alerts in area, map doesn't zoom in and when I try update profile, it immediately throws me into panic alert screen.This is a must have app.

4. App gives errors and is unusable! It doesn't save my user data but they did charge my creditcard for the subscription service! I read multiple users experiencing the same issue.. have contacted the developer but no luck.
