Why should I report an Issue with Petcam - Pet Camera?

1. What's with the huge button? It would also be nice if we could have an option to upload our own sounds.The idea is good but.... MY DOG COULDN'T CARE LESS!! I see his ears twitch cause he hears it but he just doesn't care or wonder what or where the sound is.

2. If your dog is more inquisitive than my lazy lot, I'm sure you'll get some awesome photosCute app, does what the description says, my dog was intrigued by the sounds (the elephant really got him) and the filters are nice too.

1. Fix Petcam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Petcam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Petcam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Petcam" » Open Petcam - Pet Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Petcam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Petcam - Pet Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Petcam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Petcam - Pet Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Petcam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Petcam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Petcam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Petcam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Petcam not working

2. Fix Petcam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Petcam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Petcam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Petcam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
