Why should I report an Issue with Kalimba Connect?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. They don't sound right and don't match the song.The sensing is impossible to play with because it won't pick up your notes in time to the sheet music.

2. I also have issues with the pricing.. previously it's $1.99/month 12% of yearly, I'm new to kalimba and want to try the full experience out (and it'd take more than the 3 trial days) the item wasn't found, complained and it's fixed.. which is nice but with the new more than doubled price that's 26%of yearly... I'm disappointed by that...Really would like to give 5 stars but the app lags so much that it can be frustrating.

3. Worse, there are too many ads everywhere- opening a song, closing a song, browsing songs... and most decent songs are premium only so there you goNot great... Notes for songs are incorrect.

4. Lots of songs i couldn't recognize because most of them are foreign and the kalmiba sounds very flat and doesn't produce the depth of sound I heard it do in real life.Actually a nice little app.

5. The note recognition to play along is okay at best, and frequently doesn't recognize correct notes, and occasionally recognizes wrong notes as correct.

6. It needs to pause to "hear" each individual note, so you can't actually play to the pace of the song showing.

7. Don't waste your time.The overall experience seems a bit muggy... The notes come down to guide you where to press but when they do the animation is so bad they just stop making you think the app is lagging.

8. After several attempts to exit the challenge tab and many ad repeats later i I selected a song only to be sent directly back to the daily challenges again (after another ad) with none of my previous challenge progress saved.

9. Is this what the "Connect " part means? It suggests that I play songs that are not suited to this instrument.

10. notes play themselves quite often, so i have to skip notes to be correct.

11. Some song notes are also incorrectly done.

1. Fix Kalimba Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kalimba Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kalimba Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kalimba Connect" » Open Kalimba Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kalimba Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kalimba Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kalimba Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kalimba Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kalimba Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kalimba Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kalimba Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kalimba Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kalimba Connect not working

2. Fix Kalimba Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kalimba Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kalimba Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kalimba Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
