Why should I report an Issue with Dream Piano?

1. Tapping breaks up the music, songs falter, if you miss a single note you lose the round, songs speed up to try to kill you, very limited energy to allow you to play the game and too long recharge unless you want to play ads... you see where im going with this.

Other than that, I love the song variety and that I can replay a song over and over again without many consequences.Full to the brim with ads, you can't even play a song yourself in a reasonable amount of time without watching some ad videos to purchase a song from the selection on the home screen.

3. I also downloaded it for coop, that i saw advertised elsewhere, but in the game it says "coming soon" The only reason i'm giving 2 ☆ instead of 1 is that it is playable, and i didn't /hate/ being told i was better than 98% of people who played the same songs as me.

4. Trying a song again after failing feels sluggish since you need to wait for the results screen and then watch the little countdown again, and you need to have enough "energy" to play it.

5. Great song choices and audio quality, but the laggy response in a game based around timing makes the game extremely frustrating, if not impossible.

6. Some of the songs are incredibly difficult, and that fact that it's randomly generated diminishes the quality of the game.

7. Other than that, not a bad game, although I wish I could keep playing the song faster and faster until I can't anymore or something.

8. The controls are amazing! The selection of songs is great because it has things from big artists to classical to anime and TV shows.

9. Some easy songs to start with would have been great, or even some sort of tutorial.This app has so much potential and the internal problems ruin it.

10. Especially by popular artists or even the amount of anime songs that are on here! They're so fast and impossible to keep up with when it could be made so much easier, but I guess that's that.

1. Fix Dream Piano Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dream Piano: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dream Piano App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dream Piano" » Open Dream Piano » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dream Piano » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dream Piano app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dream Piano servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dream Piano" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dream Piano app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dream Piano might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dream Piano. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dream Piano then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dream Piano not working

2. Fix Dream Piano Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dream Piano be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dream Piano not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dream Piano may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
