So far, the two things that need improvement are allow voice searching without audio recording and the maps themselves are about 2 years out of date.I downloaded a few similar apps, and conducted tests to assess their accuracy, I would turn on my location and use the app to pinpoint my exact location.

I think they need to remove a lot of updates.A good deal more information, knowing more about what going on before you get there really gives you an edge as to traffic jams ,crashes ,floods,alternate routes on.how to a void..saves gas and well as time spent sitting in traffic, clearing the voice of the app.

3. Out of all the other apps, most put my location approx 2 kilometers from where I was, but this one nailed it spot on! What an awesome, reliable and precise app.Used to be brilliant, the best open source mapping app, but now has completely failed, won't open at all; even after reinstall it only provides ad for a different app, once past that is a blank space where the map should be.

4. It's not clear to me how to startGood for studying maps of any area without location switched on eg for fine map details of footpaths, boundaries and other OS features.

5. Voice input (address or postcode), road, satellite, transport, and traffic map layers are good.

6. Useful for navigation when walking, with or without location/navigatiin on.I deleted this app and use good old Google Maps instead.

7. Google needs to identify my location and not post pictures from a incorrect business.

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Better Maps. GPS navigation. M" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Better Maps. GPS navigation. M app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Better Maps. GPS navigation. M might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Better Maps. GPS navigation. M. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Better Maps. GPS navigation. M then reinstall.
