But recommended overall.Great service...horrible Android app...I have installed this app twice over the past two months and it still crashes my LG V20 phone with the latest updates on it...someone needs to fix it...the service is actually a great idea and we use it at my company, but their android developers don't know what they're doingThis app is exactly what I had been looking for! It is a fantastic way to recognize employees and create a more positive and engaged workplace setting.

2. Constantly tells me some lame error message about "cannot redeem points, try again in a few minutes or contact system admin." Now I get some cheesy message with a sloth on a surfboard saying whoa you're moving too fast try again later...... How about y'all try to get your app to work properly now and I wouldn't have to try again later.I love this app and service.

3. Takes a bit to figure it out but once you do it's great! Only complaints are that the back button completely closes the app (very frustrating!) and I am unable to change my avatar (nothing happens when I click the chose file button).Cannot redeem any points.

4. If it's not intuitive, it's not easy to use, and the back button is one of those deal-breaker issues.Ran into a couple of bugs, when you rotate your phone it will reload the app so any message you were typing will be gone.

5. As an added bonus, each of my several interactions with Bonusly customer service has been nothing less than stellar.It'd be nice to have access to the the full site via the app.

6. Absolutely terrible programming and a complete oversight that pushing the back arrow on your phone completely closes the app without even a prompt instead of sending you to the previous page you were on in the app.

7. The app idea is very good just needs to be updated more.This app from my job has been loading for 4 days and they don't have an answer should stop updating if this is the outcome 🤨Fun to use.

8. While checking out redeemable rewards once I clicked on the points boost option it continuously kept popping up and became very annoying to navigate the app.

1. Fix Bonusly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bonusly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bonusly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bonusly" » Open Bonusly » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bonusly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bonusly app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bonusly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bonusly" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bonusly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bonusly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bonusly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bonusly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bonusly not working

2. Fix Bonusly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bonusly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bonusly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bonusly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
