2. we have downloaded the app to learn and not argue in chinese ..kindly slow a bit so could understood the voice messages .. uninstalling , even though it was helpful , as no use ..it was funny to use that appli but when I want to watch songs it did pass.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Chinese Pinyin Issues

1. Fix Chinese Pinyin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Chinese Pinyin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Chinese Pinyin App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chinese Pinyin" » Open Chinese Pinyin » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chinese Pinyin » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Chinese Pinyin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chinese Pinyin servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chinese Pinyin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Chinese Pinyin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chinese Pinyin might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Chinese Pinyin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chinese Pinyin then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chinese Pinyin not working
