1. Please look into the matter.Some audios for the tones are mixed up but otherwise very helpful app!Home button doesn't do anything forcing to reboot the app to access the menu each timebug in app.

2. I have trouble hearing the difference between tones so if you made quizzes with only the one syllable in four different tones I would rate 5 stars.

3. though i'm sure there are free alternatives to be found online, the quiz upgrade feature could be worth it simply for its convenience, but that's only if you're willing to pay a buck.

1. Fix Pinyin Chart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pinyin Chart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pinyin Chart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pinyin Chart" » Open Pinyin Chart by Pin Pin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pinyin Chart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pinyin Chart by Pin Pin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pinyin Chart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pinyin Chart by Pin Pin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pinyin Chart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pinyin Chart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pinyin Chart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pinyin Chart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pinyin Chart not working
