1. Points for loyalty program not always recorded so that needs to be addressed.Can't sign up to the rewards as it doesn't recognize New Zealand phone number or offer New Zealand as a country of residence even though it states Coffee Club NZ app!!They need to re-check the quality of their products and meals.
2. Spending more than 30mins to wait for the order, and 10min to solve the issue, And still the same problem.Best coffee and quality, my only problem is that the Marina branch is always full of flies, and it's been the case for 3 years already, so sadVery bad, this is my second time to be ignored.
3. The App is good, especially if you are regular guest (after you can have free coffee or you can cover your bill by points, which is nice).
4. The are late in everything the order and the bill.I am always excited to spend time with my friends at The Coffee Club.
5. Also, why can't you just easily get the points with a simple scan, everytime you have to give your phone number, & make sure it's right...It's just not as handy as other loyalty programs #JustSayinThe cafe itself is great.
6. The cafe and food are ok in general, but still, if the loyality program and offers don't work, I can't continue to be a customer.Tasting food and coffee.
7. You buy a coffee or signature chocolate / coffee drink and they sometimes punch in 1 drink instead of 2 on your punch card.
8. The promotions are great but for some reason every single time my husband and I have tried accessing the app, it freezes and doesn't load.
9. My points expired !!! I had so many points/coffees & defeats the whole purpose of a loyalty program.
10. EVERY TIMEAfter the update , it just stopped working, I lost one punch card and 2 20% percent discount because they will expire and I still can't access my account.
11. There is no way to confirm this at the time of settling the bill as this is updated some time after making your payment.
