1. I used to before the update but now it struggles to find my location and if it does find it, it tells me that order ahead is not available at that location, despite the fact that it was available before the app updated.
2. now, if a description is more than 3-ish words long, it doesn't show description and makes it very hard for coupons, orders, and trivia use.Update 3/27/23....re-installed. STILL DOESN'T WORK.
3. Please make it automated againThe new app update that went out on 9/23/22 is terrible! It keeps glitching and I repeatedly get the "Oops! We spilled our coffee!" message.
4. You have to build your order.The main functions of the app work great and it's very easy to use, but my only annoyance with it is the promo alerts/notifications.
5. My order never went through, but my card was charged.Not sure if this is a bug or intentional but I can not process the purchase that has a point reward attached to it unless I leave a tip.
6. I can order and not add time to my long drive into work.. There are issues at season change where the app will remove products that are still avaliable.
7. :)The app makes it easy to order especially when I am a couple minutes away from the location.
8. When you 'x' out, the app goes blank (white page)! When it works, the set up doesn't differentiate between getting a free coffee (upgrade) and getting money off for an upgrade.
9. When I was finally ready to complete my order (after 10 minutes-I timed it), I paid and a message popped up.
10. However, it does not seem to always be as connected to the store I order from.
11. I got really sick of hitting the "Try again" button on the "Oops, we spilled the coffee" error message page.
