Why should I report an Issue with Crochet.land - Price your craf?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Crochet.Land to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

It would be even better if it produced an onscreen popup like FB messenger chat heads, since many people use online or PDF patterns on their phones and switching between apps is a bit difficult and bothersome*EDITED: While I understand ads bring in a form of revenue, what I don't like are the full-size ads that force me to stop crocheting in order to close it before I can even use the app (to stop the timer, use the row counter, etc.). The ads are few, but they detract from this app's usefulness.* Crochet.land is helpful in keeping my crochet projects in order without the need to keep a notebook of where I'm at, what yarn I used, how much time I've spent on each one, etc.

2. The links to the patterns page are great but for the ones I've paid for and downloaded I'd like to be able to access them via the app.Theres some weird things, like the fact the app has a built in "flappy bird" type game (but for why?) But it does well with logging time, tracking rows, keeping notes, and calculating final costs based on cost of materials and hours worked (it even lets you choose how much to charge/hour).

3. The timer makes a new segment each time you start and restart the clock which makes it easer for me to delete a time period if I made mistakes or changed my mind.

4. Adding the needles and yarns and its prices and such once and selecting it from idk a drop down menu or something, instead of having to manually add every supply every single time in every single project.

5. A desk/laptop version would be nice to have.I love, love, love this app! Not just for pricing stuff but to keep track of all the things I've made.

6. Very helpful with keeping track of time and setting prices.

7. I had my account linked to Facebook account, I've tried for about a month now to log in and have all my old projects.

8. There is a count of how much time you have put in for all projects and you can add pictures for each one.

9. I did have issues with the projects in my account transferring over to my new cell phone even after I logged back in.

10. I am very sorry to have lost all my previous notes and projects since I still had pending ones.

11. The only thing that needs improvement is sometimes my projects disappear but if you pull down and refresh your home screen they come back.

1. Fix Crochet.land Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crochet.land: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crochet.land App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crochet.land" » Open Crochet.land - Price your craf » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crochet.land » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crochet.land - Price your craf app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crochet.land servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crochet.land - Price your craf" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crochet.land app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crochet.land might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crochet.land. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crochet.land then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crochet.land not working

2. Fix Crochet.land Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crochet.land be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crochet.land not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crochet.land may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
