Why should I report an Issue with Skill Tree for Borderlands 3?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of GD Games & Apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

The skill tree layout is perfect and it even let's you add points from your class Mod so you can see what points you've got with your gear.This app is pretty handy to keep track of character builds that you choose to use for your characters, unskipable ad break for six hours ad-free is the closet thing you can get to "no adverts" if we are able to save the advert type that we wish to use, it would be simpler for usage with the app still, I probably can't go without an app like this.

2. Some things I would still like, but really aren't necessities, is a true sandbox mode to go beyond level 50, for when/if the level cap is raised (w/the level marker showing the theoretical level), and a build-sharing option, like the BL2/TPS calculators on here have (they have a share code).Great app, needs some work like remembering which build you were using last, otherwise it does exactly what it sets out to be plus more.

3. This has been a great way to keep track of skill points and gear needs for each one.

4. It may also help if we get the option to filter out the DLC skill tree in case we don't have the DLC to begin with.App works phenomenally, with very minor issues already addressed in other reviews.

5. You can make and save (seemingly) as many builds as you want ... I have three for each character made just for when I get bored! The only thing I would recommend to the Devs is to add some way to make the gear portion of the build as well.

6. It's easy to use and it's been kept updated with each new borderlands level upgrade and skill tree change.

7. I may need a new naming convention soon.It's just a great pocket guide for keeping your character skills and buffs at your fingertips aside from staying in front of your Xbox 24/7.

1. Fix Skill Tree Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skill Tree: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skill Tree App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skill Tree" » Open Skill Tree for Borderlands 3 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skill Tree » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skill Tree for Borderlands 3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skill Tree servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skill Tree for Borderlands 3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skill Tree app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skill Tree might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skill Tree. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skill Tree then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skill Tree not working

2. Fix Skill Tree Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skill Tree be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skill Tree not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skill Tree may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
