Why should I report an Issue with Copeland Mobile?

1. The Copeland Mobile smartphone app provides on-the-go access to Copeland's online product information (OPI) database for Copeland product specifications.

2. Once a model and application are selected, choose from a variety of options within the home menu screen to search for information pertaining to that specific model.

3. Mobile access to over 30 years of Copeland product information.

4. Next, enter at least 5 characters of the model nomenclature to activate an auto fill recommendation listing for model selection.

5. This database includes both air conditioning and refrigeration products used in a variety of HVACR applications.

6. Simply start by logging in with your current OPI username or register for a new account through the app.

7. This app’s focus is to bring access of the OPI database directly to the HVACR service industry.

1. The older compressor were built much better ... lasted longer and took more abuse because of that I often find them and have no way to get the information.Easy to use and great very helpful app!!!Great app, the only thing missing in diagnostics is the actual voltage, rather than the rated voltage.

2. None of the other apps I've searched for seem to be able to do that.Could not find a compressor anywhere(zr109) Was told about this app and wham! Multiple places have it! Didn't even have to ask for it was able to say they got it right here...I have signed in all of the few times I've used this app can't stay signed in!? Also, unable to download the needed equipment documents.Please look into the *LOGOUT* option.

3. I've been able to look up other related parts just by scanning the compressor.

4. Copeland often deletes older compressors information that we may need... and there is no way to get that information.

5. Only minor problem is getting data on some of the older compliant scrolls, but you guys are so far ahead of the others on everything else.

6. hardly worth mentioning.Really great app for finding specs of AC and refrigeration compressors.

7. For me it works really great , thanks for making this app.If you're a service mechanic your going to want to use this app.

8. If you put this parameter in diagnostics I would give it 5 stars.I'm pretty sure this app used to let me control my Air Conditioning window unit, but now it seems to be something totally different.

9. The only thing lacking is older models are usually missing.

10. I get it but I still run into plenty of old stuff.Good app...but I believe Copeland should talk to customers directly instead of forcing us to talk to wholesalers.

1. Fix Copeland Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Copeland: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Copeland App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Copeland" » Open Copeland Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Copeland » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Copeland Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Copeland servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Copeland Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Copeland app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Copeland might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Copeland. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Copeland then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Copeland not working

2. Fix Copeland Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Copeland be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Copeland not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Copeland may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
