1. I looked up the supported drive and it's not available in most of the world.Does not work on LG cd/dvd multi drive connected to note 3 try many times keep saying dvd disconnected, but the dvd drive it's on and connected via otg cable.Doesn't work with galaxy s7 sad cause i could use this app.Before getting too carried away, you must have the exact model named in the description.Waste of time & effort 😢😕 Won't work with my external drive with my Android Lenovo Yoga Book YB1-X90F, nor with my Android Cubot Cheetah 2.Does not work with any external USB drives including the LG GP40NB40Doesn't recognize my drive, can't find supported drive for sale.

2. after my drive is suported i will change to 5 stars because i don't want to buy a new disk drive when the one i already have works on everything else (even windows xp)Nice looking interface, but won't recognise drives... Note 10+Doesn't work.

1. Fix DISC LINK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DISC LINK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DISC LINK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DISC LINK" » Open DISC LINK » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DISC LINK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DISC LINK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DISC LINK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DISC LINK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DISC LINK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DISC LINK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DISC LINK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DISC LINK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DISC LINK not working

2. Fix DISC LINK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DISC LINK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DISC LINK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DISC LINK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
