Why should I report an Issue with Giri -The RPM Checker-?

1. Out of sudden it become not function.. Not accurate at all... I download using another phone which is using android 9 but not 10...still the same problem..Nice app not really always accurate as manual or analog scanner but really close to the correct rpm.

2. would be better if the memo can attach image, this function seem not workingWorks pretty good!!! Within 100/200 rpm of my laser tach, so now I just don't pull it out anymore.

3. It can use to variety of thing as one can be creative of using this.This app is useless! Every time I try to load a picture of a motor, it never accepts it! It's only sensitive to noise.

4. It might not be very accurate but it is accurate enough to provide a good range which is within the range of the actual rpm.

5. I measured the rpms of cooling fans of my computer and the values were close enough.At first very good for the current version.

1. Fix Giri Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Giri: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Giri App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Giri" » Open Giri -The RPM Checker- » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Giri » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Giri -The RPM Checker- app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Giri servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Giri -The RPM Checker-" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Giri app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Giri might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Giri. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Giri then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Giri not working

2. Fix Giri Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Giri be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Giri not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Giri may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
