1. Was a good idea but needs fixes which will never happenOnce, I used to love this app, I could seamlessly transfer photos from my card inside my Canon EOS 700D to this phone.

2. Even so, I give it 5 stars because it offers things almost no other product offers.No longer works! I've used this app happily ever since Eye-Fi stopped supporting their card, but apparently with Android 12 the FlashAir card will not connect to my phone anymore.

3. So convenient!Seem like developers are not reading reviews!! !Needs ability to transfer .CR3 FILES.!!! Sometimes the card doesn't work in my 30d but seems to work very well in my Canon M50 but there is no selection in settings to allow downloading of the .cr3 files, so I have emailed the developers to see when that change will be made.

4. Recent updates have caused it to shred the Gallery view, where every photo essentially becomes its own album, instead of the gallery having a flashair album with all the transferred pics in it, it's got my normal set of albums buried amongst dozens of flashair photos.

5. You can take photos with your external camera, have them automatically uploaded to your phone in seconds and then your phone will treat them like any photo taken with the phone.

6. Please update the app before Android updates again.FlashAir is a great tools for old fashion camera :D like mine.

7. Edited: I had just done the update that allowed me to use FlashAir with Android 12, Now Android has updated my phone to Android 13 and it no longer works.

8. Or your DSLR photos will be immediately available on your phone to be posted on social media as if you took them with your phone.

9. Had to transfer photos via SD card reader before this update but now I'm back to wireless transfer of JPG and RAW.

10. It turns your external camera, like a DSLR, into a natural extension of your phone and its software eco system.

11. And an option for adding the phone's GPS coordinate to the transfered photos would be a welcome addition.

1. Fix FlashAir Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlashAir: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlashAir App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlashAir" » Open FlashAir » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlashAir » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlashAir app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlashAir servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlashAir" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlashAir app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlashAir might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlashAir. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlashAir then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlashAir not working

2. Fix FlashAir Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlashAir be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlashAir not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlashAir may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
