Amerigo Customer Insights

1. Please solve this issue.Its very good, the only music app I use it's Amerigo, bc the others are paid, but it doesn't open anymore, I don't know why, it shows "Amerigo keeps stopping" on my screen, my cellphone is a Moto G6, if the developer could fix it I would be grateful đŸ™đŸ»â˜ș thank you Edit: I thought it was Amerigo, but it's happening with others apps too, I didn't knew about this problem, thank you for the help!Purchased the full version of this app only to have the free version reinstated after a few weeks?!? Also haven't heard back from the support in relation to this issue.

2. The app can't work properly, please free up space on your device, when I want to download a video, amerigo doesn't save it.Amazing app.

3. Definitely wouldn't recommend users buying the full version.Right now this App is wrong because it says: the free space left on your device is too low.

4. It's great that it lets you do Playlists and that it is on a different tab from the archive, and fast downloads.đŸ‘đŸ»It's a great app though everytime i accidently open a different song/video/audio etc,it stops playing.

5. Ofc that's normal! The point is actually that the app disappears after a few seconds of stopping the song and I have to go back to amerigo and open the song, i was listening to.

6. It keeps saying loading and disappearing and coming back several times a secondWhere is the location of downloaded files? I cannot find anywhere except from the app itself.

7. Now when I try to it doesn't work, it says it's not available in my country not even with a VPN.

8. I guess I'm only not giving 5 stars because you guys don't have the option to skip 10 secs ahead or to go back 10 secs.

9. My problem is that it won't load sign in for cloud accounts.

10. Apart from that the app doesn't seem to have any issues or bugs.

11. I live in France and I was always able to download stuff.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amerigo Issues

1. Fix Amerigo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Amerigo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Amerigo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amerigo" » Open Amerigo » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amerigo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Amerigo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amerigo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amerigo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amerigo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amerigo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amerigo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amerigo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amerigo not working


2. Fix Amerigo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amerigo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amerigo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amerigo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    J'aimerais annuler mon abonnement concernant l'application Amerigo file pour stopper les publicités,cet abonnement prend fin le 18 octobre 2022, l'application était installée sur un iphone que je ne possÚde plus et maintenant j'ai un téléphone Android et je n'arrive pas à annuler cet abonnement via mon téléphone.   • J'ai synchronisĂ© mon Google drive avec l'application, n'ayant pas besoin de mes dossiers sur mon portable, je les ai supprimĂ©. Comment faire pour les rĂ©cupĂ©rer ? Ils ne sont pas dans la corbeille. J'en ai extrĂȘmement besoin, ce sont mes cours de la fac ! Comment faire ??????????
