1. Only problem i have is why does it not record sound? I can hear people talking during recording so why does it not capture it? Hope i get more of an answer than "Hi, thanks for using the app".App was easy to setup but it won't connect to my 2 cameras most of the time.

2. The old Foscam View App used to work much better but seems to have disappeared from the Play StoreCannot connect to camera.

3. That worked for a while, but now when I select view camera, it goes back to the matrix screen.Not working anymore after updates.

1. Fix Foscam Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Foscam Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Foscam Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Foscam Viewer" » Open Foscam Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Foscam Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Foscam Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Foscam Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Foscam Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Foscam Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Foscam Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Foscam Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Foscam Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Foscam Viewer not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Foscam Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Foscam Viewer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
