Why should I report an Issue with Kcanotify - KanColle Viewer?

1. Makes me understand the quests easier and also with equipments.This is a great help when you're stuck with nothing but a mobile! The expedition notification even when the game is closed is brilliant :) Very useful.Right now, Kcanotify's sniffer isn't working.

2. Only things missing are dialogue translations and a method to navigate Akashi's Arsenal (such as categorising the different equipment available).the fairy and interface always disappears few seconds after i start up the game.

3. switching to the app overview solves the problem but its too troublesome to switch every single time it disappears, sometimes switching the app causes the game itself to expire and reload.

1. Fix Kcanotify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kcanotify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kcanotify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kcanotify" » Open Kcanotify - KanColle Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kcanotify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kcanotify - KanColle Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kcanotify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kcanotify - KanColle Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kcanotify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kcanotify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kcanotify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kcanotify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kcanotify not working

2. Fix Kcanotify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kcanotify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kcanotify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kcanotify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
