1. I downloaded something, converted it into a playable music file, but idk how to add it to my library and it doesn't automatically show up there either...The app is great so far! I can listen to music for free with no interruptions! I can listen to music while my phone is off! The problem that I have is that the app doesn't play music that is the same in the playlist after it finishes.

Other than that, the app has been great for a free streaming app.The app is alright, but some of the artist I search for don't "exist", or my music just stops playing for some reason even tho it's already playing, another problem is that it stops playing in the background also when I'm on other apps, it's annoying.

3. I can press delete, and it'll warn me about permanently deleting them, but after pressing okay it does nothing, even after closing the app and reopening it they're still there.Its pretty good for a free music streaming app since you can turn your phone off and have music still play.

4. Works, but the glitches are frustrating.This is overall a great app, kind of like SoundCloud (which is where the music comes from) but whenever I try o skip an ad, it starts the ad over or goes to 3 different ads.

6. The music selection is limited since it is powered by SoundCloud so some songs I could only find the first 30 seconds of or only remixes.

1. Fix xMUSI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart xMUSI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the xMUSI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "xMUSI" » Open xMUSI - Simple Music Streaming » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for xMUSI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear xMUSI - Simple Music Streaming app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from xMUSI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "xMUSI - Simple Music Streaming" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check xMUSI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, xMUSI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall xMUSI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall xMUSI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing xMUSI not working

2. Fix xMUSI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make xMUSI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to xMUSI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, xMUSI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
