Why should I report an Issue with Painnt - Pro Art Filters?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Moonlighting Apps, LLC to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Can we use the effects of the lower outputs and convert into a high resolution image to be able to actually use it to print on posters for example? Its a shame to see such nice effects that are too low quality to use as a print file.... your biggest competitor recently added this function I hope you all do as well....I Love It, but... I've spent hours on this app on my tablet, so I guess that means that I love it.

2. Technically the app could use some feature tweaks, like allowing layers or feathering together images, applying more than one filter to an image, and most of all, a more intuitive filter / style creator (So that its less miss and more hit, especially when you pay for them.). Just one or all of the aforementioned tweaks, especially the last one, would bring this app to a much higher level.

3. I'd honestly buy a lot more priority credits if I managed more what I intended when creating a filter, and got better than 10 good filters out of around 75 attempts, especially when I paid for 50 of them.

4. The effects are almost always more desirable in the lower outputs than the higher or 4k outputs, but then we are stuck with low resolution images.

5. I Pay for Painnt every month, which I'm not complaining about, and I paid for SuperPhoto separately, which I'm not complaining about, and I pay for priority credits, so I dont understand why I have to pay for Painnt again, just to use it on my PC.Excellent app to use free.

6. I haven't paid for it, so I am always having to go back into pic somehow (I use built in Editor in Photos app) & crop out the watermark.

7. It would also be sensible, as in more than just a good idea, if I could sign into the Windows app without having to by it again.

8. We need the ability to save the medium output files in high resolution.

9. The filters are quite good, very tweakable, and generally high quality.

10. Its not a deal breaker, but it sure would make me a happier customer.

1. Fix Painnt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Painnt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Painnt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Painnt" » Open Painnt - Pro Art Filters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Painnt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Painnt - Pro Art Filters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Painnt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Painnt - Pro Art Filters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Painnt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Painnt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Painnt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Painnt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Painnt not working

2. Fix Painnt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Painnt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Painnt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Painnt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
