1. Even though at the end of the day, I looked at them in detail... If you try to delete them, they won't delete and all confirmations are in German or Austrian? Plenty of apps out there that do the same thing or more... No point using this app if you are tracking your ski days... Which is the whole point!!!Literally says the information for Lake Louise hasn't been updated since April 2020... Panorama 2019... then Canyon is 2021? Why so inconsistent updating hill status? It's not the users job to report that you need to update.

2. missing features.Showed a bunch of runs closed when they are not, how can I trust it?not useful at allWeather and snow reports have not been updated in many locations for months if not yearsIt doesn't allow me to log in.

3. Trail maps are very old (up to a decade old), most resorts trail and lift statuses are never updated and just left as "closed", works well for a short number of destinations and isn't that useful.

4. Doesn't have correct spelling of lifts; Mitey Mite at Banff is spelt Mighty Might in the app.

5. The information was useless, it didn't track any of the ski runs we did or the lifts we took.

6. I never receive validation emails so far this app has been useless.I had the tracker running all day.

7. Very Disappointed 😡Canadian version of the app does not have metric units.

8. Saved tracks (or ski days) don't actually save and disappear, but sometimes still show up on your record, just empty.

9. they say some mountains are closed when they're actually fully open.

10. To import training isn't English either.there's improvements to be done for sure.

1. Fix iSKI Canada Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iSKI Canada: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iSKI Canada App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iSKI Canada" » Open iSKI Canada - Ski & Snow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iSKI Canada » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iSKI Canada - Ski & Snow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iSKI Canada servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iSKI Canada - Ski & Snow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iSKI Canada app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iSKI Canada might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iSKI Canada. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iSKI Canada then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iSKI Canada not working

2. Fix iSKI Canada Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iSKI Canada be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iSKI Canada not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iSKI Canada may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
