1. Good job Starpass! Keep uo the good work!It doesn't let me watch ads which means I can't collect enough jellies...This app is very helpful in getting smaller groups a music show win, with voting! Starpass is easily accessible for someone who's an international fan, and I assume it's the same everywhere else.

2. Please restore the jellies if possible.i tried to charge my star jelly 3 TIMES okay but it kept being cancelled but the money has been deducted.

3. It's frustrating that the app features a pivotal function that simply does not work.Afer the latest update, screen keeps getting stuck with the loading circle looping indefinitely after choosing to watch ads.

1. Fix STAR PLANET Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart STAR PLANET: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the STAR PLANET App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "STAR PLANET" » Open STAR PLANET - KPOP Fandom App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for STAR PLANET » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear STAR PLANET - KPOP Fandom App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from STAR PLANET servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "STAR PLANET - KPOP Fandom App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check STAR PLANET app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, STAR PLANET might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall STAR PLANET. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall STAR PLANET then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing STAR PLANET not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make STAR PLANET be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to STAR PLANET not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, STAR PLANET may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
