1. So how can you even earn hearts? Please fix the issue.🔴 feature on this app OFTEN ERROR, like friend list or ads service 🔴 always CRASH ON A CRUCIAL TIME, especially when we doing mass voting, it's okay if the app only lagging or something.

The problem is that, the app sometimes shuts down amidst watching ads, or the ads pauses itself and there is no play button so I have no choice but to shut down the app.We are suppose to watch 10 video per hour to collect heart but I can't even watch 1 video in 3-4 hours they are sending me same messages again and again for 4-3 days "ads are temporarily unavailable".

We haven't even started watching the max 10 ads/hour yet a pop-up message saying, "Advertisements are unavailable, try again later," always shows up and it's honestly annoying not only once but multiple times! I guess your application maintenance (which has happpened quite frequently now in a span of a couple weeks) didn't contribute to a larger change in fixing issues at all.

4. Suddenly you're changing your rules of voting when we're doing just fine with it--you banned our top voting fanbases without proper reason and removed the friendlist function.

5. :)) This application lacked some more compared to other Korean voting applications I have used in the past.App always crashing.
