Why should I report an Issue with THEKKING - KPOP fan vote?

But sometimes I don’t really get the pinks for a mission, sometimes I spend an hour or more on a mission hoping to get my 200 pinks but it justs wastes my time and frustrates me more.This used to work on my device just fine, and for the last few days it doesnt work, the app will open but wont let me sign in... Update 29 october, it still wont let me log in on this device.

7. When you are converting your pinks, instead of selecting 10 pinks each time, can you make it in such a way that you can convert all your pinks together.

8. This is not the first time, plus I don't always get to watch ads because it'll say error.

9. But suddenly, we need to get 800000 votes to get that ads with the remaining time.

10. The ads count can be done by other way.At first, I thought I'm the only one having problems with the ads that I get to the point I would delete the data and just log in again but no, they're also many fans who've experienced it.

1. Fix THEKKING Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart THEKKING: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the THEKKING App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "THEKKING" » Open THEKKING - KPOP fan vote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for THEKKING » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear THEKKING - KPOP fan vote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from THEKKING servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "THEKKING - KPOP fan vote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check THEKKING app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, THEKKING might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall THEKKING. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall THEKKING then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing THEKKING not working

2. Fix THEKKING Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make THEKKING be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to THEKKING not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, THEKKING may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
