1. Thanks for this app and please keep it secure and safe for users and keep updating it.I have defined a custom ringtone (.mp3) , when phone ring, it is in repeat loop, how can i disable repat/loop? i just want to play it a single timeIt was faster before the last updated....now it shows the signal poor and takes more time to connect call for my same network.

2. It says Push Registered when app exited and when we Test Push Service, it comes up with error messages - Cannot connect to Push Server.

3. I would give it a 5 out of 5 if it supported custom rings.... But since the last few days push registration mode is not working & when application is exited, it drops sip connection.

4. Including this would have made it 5 Stars.Could not get the phone soft phone to ring even when the app stated it is connected to the push server.

5. Cannot receive FCM push notification.Will intiate a call with no way of accessing or ending the call.

6. Call screen overlay on locked screen appeared for once, after that it stopped appearing, only the screen lights up.It seems to be a feature rich software.

7. Also, if it is free to use why does it have a monthly and yearly subscription?Best feature is most of the Audio and Video Code s are Avaible free of cost.

8. Why does the help page talk about BRIA and the Bria's parent company? Copy paste error? or something else.

9. No audio, so IDK if call is actually running or just a notification going forever.

10. Push notification is alreay enabled.

11. Some phones Xiomi phones don't ring - you have to manually go in to app permissions to enable sound.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SIPSKY Issues

1. Fix SIPSKY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SIPSKY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SIPSKY App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SIPSKY" » Open SIPSKY : FREE VoIP Business Co » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SIPSKY » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SIPSKY : FREE VoIP Business Co app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SIPSKY servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SIPSKY : FREE VoIP Business Co" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SIPSKY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SIPSKY might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SIPSKY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SIPSKY then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SIPSKY not working


2. Fix SIPSKY Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SIPSKY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SIPSKY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SIPSKY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
