1. (1) Went to the location to collect vehicle after booking and paying, the person at the oyo location simply said all vehicles blocked and you contact drivezy people.

2. Tried booking the car and it was booked successfully .But at the time of picking , they cancelled the ride saying vehicle is under maintenance .

3. Wait time is usually multiple minutes and basically you're supposed to stare at that screen and do nothing, because if you switch to another app, there'll be no notifications and they'll close the chat if you don't respond in a minute or two(you'll need to start over again)Very bad experience.

4. Never going to use their service again, worst experience ever.I tried booking car on this app.

5. During the second time of booking on the next day, tried to confirm the booking by calling them .Number was not available and again we had the same bad experience.Never ever book from here.

8. When i visited the drivezy centre, the vehicle wasn't available, so they themselves cancelled the booking.

1. Fix Drivezy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drivezy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drivezy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drivezy" » Open Drivezy - Car, Bike & Scooter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drivezy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drivezy - Car, Bike & Scooter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drivezy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drivezy - Car, Bike & Scooter " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drivezy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drivezy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drivezy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drivezy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drivezy not working

2. Fix Drivezy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drivezy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drivezy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drivezy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
