1. Thanks Avon!It's a great app! only thing is... I wish that; when I click on to see my orders that it would show the customer orders as well - instead of it being seperate, I would also love to receive order notifications from the app, and last but not least when I'm viewing an order an I want to turn my phone horizontal to get a better view it sends me all the way back to the home page and vice versa for when I turn my phone vertical.

2. It needs to be fixed ASAP.I keep getting an error message that says "Login Error: Did Not Work", and this has been going on for months now.

3. Can't do any business from my phone, have to tell customers "wait until I get home to my laptop to access information." Company this large should not be having this issue.

4. Desk or laptop to watch videos and upload ads on my business page when I get to the library.

5. I planned on purchasing a inexpensive laptop to run my business better and easier anyway, so I'm hoping this will help my problem.

1. Fix AvonNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AvonNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AvonNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AvonNow" » Open AvonNow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AvonNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AvonNow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AvonNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AvonNow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AvonNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AvonNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AvonNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AvonNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AvonNow not working

2. Fix AvonNow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AvonNow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AvonNow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AvonNow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
