Why should I report an Issue with IV & Guide for Pokemon Go?

1. Still seems to be missing the Alolan Pokemon? Not the sexiest app but it is comfy and easy to use and doesn't give me a headache.Used to be great but now pretty much useless as hasn't been updated in 9 months.

2. Which is what I mainly use this app for so at this time this app isn't really helping me at all until the movesets get updated to reflect current PGo version.I really like this app but it's in need of an update.

3. A lot of the newer movesets are missing from the moveset rankings.

4. Not good for an app based on PGo which gets updated constantly.

5. It's missing the most recently added moves.

6. No update in 6 months.

7. It also would be nice if it had the move stats for PVP.Pretty useful overall.

1. Fix IV & Guide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IV & Guide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IV & Guide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IV & Guide" » Open IV & Guide for Pokemon Go » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IV & Guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IV & Guide for Pokemon Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IV & Guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IV & Guide for Pokemon Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IV & Guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IV & Guide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IV & Guide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IV & Guide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IV & Guide not working

2. Fix IV & Guide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IV & Guide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IV & Guide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IV & Guide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
