1. I've seen loads of reviews that the scan feature is broken, and I had trouble with it at first too, but if you use it right (just follow the instructions it gives you in the app) it works great! I'm hoping that they update this for older cards before X and Y, and that they fix a glitch where some cards are missing too, though.

1. Fix Pokémon TCG Card Dex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pokémon TCG Card Dex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pokémon TCG Card Dex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pokémon TCG Card Dex" » Open Pokémon TCG Card Dex » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pokémon TCG Card Dex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pokémon TCG Card Dex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pokémon TCG Card Dex servers.
