Home Workout Customer Insights

1. is there a different way we are supposed to reset the 30 day full body workout and i am just missing something ? i really like the app and don't want to have to find a new one.I really enjoy this app, it has a nice amount of different workouts and stretches.

2. I do wish they had more categories though, most of it is based on muscle gain or weight loss, but it'd be nice if they added workout and stretching categories for mood boosting/ease anxiety and for those with mobility issues or elderly.A good app.

3. So we don't need come back to phone after each round and hit "Done" button or etc then go to next eorkout! The best way is that one option that allow user to turn on or off auto counting workout moves.

4. I am taking the little extra time first to review the exercises, watch the video and listen to their information,and am comfortable going into each exercise.

5. It's synced easily with Google ,o hopefully,there is a way to record in 1 place or the other.Good app for body weight exercises with minimal equipment usage.

6. there aren't many ads either except for when you finish a workout or if you're trying to do a premium workout in which case you just have to watch a 30 second ad if you don't want to buy premium.

7. The rest periods challenge your endurance but can be extended if needed.It is a very easy to use app with very helpful exercises.

8. You take a little quiz about yourself and your goals, and it makes a workout plan for you to follow every day that ranges from 15-30 minutes.

9. they have a range of workouts depending on difficulty and time too which is nice if I'm busy or can't handle a lot or if I want to do a lot.

10. overall, it's a really good app.A very nice workout experience.

11. No equipment needed! Every exercise is broken down so that you follow the moves step by step, and it takes reps into consideration.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Home Workout Issues

1. Fix Home Workout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Home Workout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Home Workout App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Home Workout" » Open Home Workout - No Equipment » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Home Workout » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Home Workout - No Equipment app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Home Workout servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Home Workout - No Equipment" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Home Workout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Home Workout might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Home Workout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Home Workout then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Home Workout not working


2. Fix Home Workout Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Home Workout be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Home Workout not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Home Workout may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I need a refund on the subscription that i paid because i do not have any intention on subscribing on your annual plan. Mg gcash account is linked to my apple account that’s why it has been automatically paid and i do not have anything to do with it. I am requesting for a refund.

  • I can’t cancel my subscription, and I’ve been inappropriately billed for another yearly subscription (I can’t cancel through Apple Subcriptions, and I obviously haven’t used this app in wayyyyyy over a year).

    Please help me cancel this subscription and get me a refund for the yearly subscription I had no intention of paying for/using!
