Why should I report an Issue with Perform-V App?

1. The Perform-V Companion app offers 1000+ preset sounds which can be instantly transferred when connected with a usb cable or can be "beamed" over-the-air from your Android device to the Perform-V with nothing but your phone or tablets's external speaker.

2. Simply select a preset, hold your phone or tablet next to Perform-V's room-sense microphone, then press "Beam".

3. This is the companion app to TC-Helicon's Perform-V, a mic-stand mounted vocal processor that opens up a whole new world of performance opportunities for singers.

1. Beaming spotty- List looks cool, categories are decent, will not beam from my Android LG G8 but beams fine on my kid's Samsung A52.

2. Absolute dog plop.Works well for me, some effects don't seem to be received by my perform V, but most go in fine and sound good! I use for sax and vocals.

3. The support team said the beaming issue I have was extremely uncommon but looking at the reviews, it is VERY common.The app works great for me.

4. Would like to see for updates though! 👍🏻Beaming doesn't work, app doesn't recognise a USB connection, so can't transfer any effects.

5. But wait! In the audio settings of my phone I created a custom EQ setting to bring up the center (lower bass and treble) and now it beams from my phone.

1. Fix Per Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Per: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Per App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Per" » Open Perform-V App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Per » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Perform-V App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Per servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Perform-V App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Per app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Per might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Per. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Per then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Per not working

2. Fix Per Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Per be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Per not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Per may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
