Why should I report an Issue with Dramaworld - Free K-Drama, Movies, Anime, etc.?

Please fix this so i can give a five star.I gave it a 4 because the movies doesn't work and take alot of time to load so I am kind of disappointed but the app is good it has alot of drama and movie and the series work but not the movies so I would like it if they improve itI like the aap but I'm facing a issue with subtitles .. I wish to watch K dramas but I don't know Korean language and the subtitles are also written in Korean .I wish you could have offered other languages too specially English.

If I don't understand the language,then this aap is useless for me🙃This app amazing...I really liked it....but sometimes like when I want to watch a movie it loads and don't show it....that why I gave this app 4 stars....video quality is really good....I can sde Netflix movies from it...but for that reason I want you to get this problem solved.It would be really good if there was an option to change the video quality in the episodes cause it takes a lot of data.

3. But apparently, my phone was working well.The app is very nice as there are new on going dramas are also available but still many of the hit dramas are not available.. Some of the eps are showing as kissasian site where in a unable to forward or backward the video which is irratarting... so I have to check on that other app...I can watch and request any drama or movie i want.

5. It's good but there is a issue with it, it takes a lot of data and it has not any option to adjust video quality , please solve it.

6. Why is that there are premium? But it wasn't a big deal i just hate it because i take time watching ads just towatch, and then in the middle of enjoyment, it will stop and if you tried to play it (ofcourse u need to play it cuz ut stops) it will restart.

7. Please fix it, it always stops after 5 to 10 minutes.This time I am giving you four stars cos you are doing a good job by upgrading the Player👍.

9. But somethings are still missing,the first is the progress bar,i don't always know the progress of the film I'm watching and the second is play and pause button.

1. Fix Dramaworld Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dramaworld: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dramaworld App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dramaworld" » Open Dramaworld - Free K-Drama, Movies, Anime, etc. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dramaworld » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dramaworld - Free K-Drama, Movies, Anime, etc. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dramaworld servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dramaworld - Free K-Drama, Movies, Anime, etc." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dramaworld app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dramaworld might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dramaworld. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dramaworld then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dramaworld not working

2. Fix Dramaworld Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dramaworld be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dramaworld not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dramaworld may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
